Shipping Policy

At Montalvo International LLC, we desire for you to be blessed by the product and materials that you order to support the work we are doing. Because we work with a third-party production company, please allow up to 15 days for order processing times. We will do our best to ship your orders to you, damage-free, within 30 days of your initial order. If there is disruption in service with the third-party shipping facility, we will notify you, and/or issue a refund, if warranted.

 

Shipping costs are standard according to U.S. Shipping rates, and prices will be listed on the website at time of order. Shipping options are currently domestic to the United States.

 

Again, we will do our best to provide you with the product you order. However, any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. I
